Telecalling Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Female Tele callers to join our Hospitality company. The candidate will be responsible for consulting customers on Hotels booking ,travel plans, explaining domestic and international packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role requires excellent communication, product knowledge, and strong sales ability.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customer travel needs..
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain customer records, booking updates, and daily activity reports.
• Requirements:Female candidates only can apply.
• 1–3 years experience in Hotels sales/travel consulting preferred (freshers with good communication can be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
