Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller to contact customers and recover outstanding payments through professional and polite communication. The role involves follow-ups, negotiation, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments

Follow up on overdue accounts and remind customers of payment schedules

Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines

Update customer payment details and call records accurately

Handle customer queries related to bills and payments

Maintain professionalism and follow compliance and recovery norms

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum high school / graduate qualification

Experience in telecalling or collections preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and work under pressure

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)

Fluent in local language and basic English

Work Conditions:

Office-based / Work from home (as applicable)

Day shift / Rotational shift

Fixed salary + incentives

Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in loan, credit card, EMI, or utility bill collections
