Job Overview:We are looking for a smart, good-looking, and confident Female Customer Relationship & Telecaller Executive to join our all-women team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-centric approach. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales team by generating and managing leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Provide detailed information about products/services
• Follow up on leads and inquiries
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Record and update customer information in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams as needed

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
• Presentable appearance and confident attitude
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
