Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and scheduling meetings to support the field marketing team.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain company digital marketing products and services clearly and professionally.
• Understand client requirements and generate quality leads.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the field sales/marketing team.
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM or lead data regularly.
• Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
