Key Responsibilities

1. Contacting visitors/delegation team via email or phone to invite them to visit the exhibition

2. Getting registration of delegates for attending the conference and technical events

3. Providing support, information, and materials to the visitor's query

4. Working on preparing, managing & updating the visitor registration list regularly
