Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce products/services and generate leads
- Follow up with leads, address queries, and convert them into sales
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Update customer database and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or local languages
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing (preferred)
Skills Needed:
- Good communication skills
