Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to contact customers over the phone, provide information about products or services, and generate leads or sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers
• Explain products/services clearly and politely
• Answer customer questions and handle basic complaints
• Maintain call records and customer details accurately
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
• Achieve daily/weekly calling or sales targets
