• Primary Roles:To initiate outbound calls or handle inbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
• To promote products/services, generate leads, or provide information as per the organization's objectives.
• To serve as a liaison between the company and customers.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound & Inbound Calling:

• Make calls to potential customers to introduce and explain products or services.
• Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Generate leads through cold calling and follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns.
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain a strong relationship with customers by providing timely support and follow-ups.

• Record customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

Sales & Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
• Upsell or cross-sell products/services when possible.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Update and maintain calling databases and call logs.
• Prepare reports on calls made, leads generated, and outcomes achieved.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated with product/service features, pricing, and benefits.
• Handle objections confidently and provide accurate information to customers.

Compliance & Etiquette:

• Follow standard telecalling scripts, calling etiquettes, and company policies.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adhere to data protection rules.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams as needed.
• Share feedback from customers for process improvement.
