Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle calls, engage with customers, provide information about products/services, and support business growth through effective communication.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services and generate interest / loan recovery
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM/system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Support sales and customer service teams.
