Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound calls, explaining products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Receive and handle incoming customer calls
• Explain company products/services clearly and politely
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries
• Maintain call records and customer details accurately
• Follow up with interested customers
• Meet daily or monthly calling targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
• Confident and polite speaking style
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to listen and understand customer needs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (varies by company)
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
