• Salary:₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Up to ₹35,000 for experienced candidates
• Incentives (Attractive & Transparent 💰):Fixed commission % on every successful sale (on total bill value)

• Job Type: Full-TimeRole & Responsibilities:Call and assist incoming customer leads (hot leads only)
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and orders
• Requirements:Fluent in Hindi & English
• Prior experience in sales / telecalling / customer support (MANDATORY)
• Strong communication, convincing & problem-solving skills
• Customer-friendly attitude with a sales mindset
• Preferred Candidate:Experience in sanitaryware / fittings / home improvement industry (bonus)
• Experience handling online leads (WhatsApp, website, marketplaces)
