Telecalling Executive

Job Summary: The Customer Support Executive is responsible for providing excellent service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves communicating with customers through phone, email, chat, or social media, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as required.
• Track and report recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.
• Contribute to team goals by achieving performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
