Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales as assigned
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets
• Follow company scripts and communication guidelines
• Coordinate with sales and support teams when required
