Job Description

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases

• Introduce Media Corridors and its core services (PR, Branding, Digital, Video)

• Understand client requirements related to PR, media visibility, and branding

• Pitch relevant services and combo packages clearly and confidently

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/calls with the founder or senior team

• Share company profile, rate card, and follow-up details via WhatsApp/email

• Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up trackers

• Coordinate with internal HR Operations and strategy teams for smooth handovers

• Meet weekly call and meeting targets

 Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Confident phone presence and professional etiquette

• Basic understanding or interest in PR, media, marketing, or branding

• Ability to explain services and pricing clearly

• Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups politely

• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for tracking leads

 

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in agency sales, media sales, or digital marketing sales

• Familiarity with PR retainers, service-based selling, or B2B clients

• Experience in using CRM tools (basic level)

 

KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Number of outbound calls per day

• Qualified leads generated

• Meetings scheduled with decision-makers

• Conversion support for proposals and closures
