Job Overview:

Zivan Veda is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products/services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/services and handle customer queries
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Handle objections and close sales effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Prior telesales or sales experience is preferred

Education:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
