Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an experienced Tele-Calling Executive who understands lead handling, CRM systems, and structured follow-ups.

Industry - B2B / marketing Agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
• Qualify and categorize leads (hot/warm/cold)
• Update and maintain CRM daily
• Data mining from LinkedIn, Google & directories
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with sales team
• Maintain daily call reports and follow-up tracker

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in tele-calling / inside sales
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Good spoken English & Hindi
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
