Job Description
Generate leads through telecalling, cold calling, referrals and partner networks
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment options
Coordinate with operation teams for file processing and follow up until disbursement
Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Meet sales target, monthly and weekly.
