Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller-Banking and NBFC Collections.
Department:Recovery/Collections Caller-Voice Process.

Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with good communication are also welcome).
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers who have overdue payments on personal loans, credit cards, two-wheeler loans, consumer durable loans, business loans, etc.
Remind customers of due/overdue EMIs and request immediate payment.
