Telecalling Sales Executive

Job Summary

Salary Champion is hiring a motivated and performance-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to onboard customers through outbound calling, assist them with KYC and registration and coordinate with the credit team for loan processing. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in NBFCs, banks or KYC departments and strong customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for onboarding.
• Explain Salary Champion’s loan products and services clearly.
• Assist customers in completing KYC and registration processes.
• Guide customers in submitting required documents accurately.
• Verify customer details as per compliance standards.
• Coordinate with the credit team to assess eligibility and pitch customer profiles for loan approval.
• Share complete and accurate customer information for faster processing.
• Follow up on loan applications and update customers on status.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads and conversions in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Handle basic customer queries related to loans, KYC and onboarding.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in NBFC, Bank or KYC Department is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
• Good understanding of KYC norms and loan documentation.
• Comfortable working with targets and incentive-based structure.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems.
• Professional attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
