Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Promote our recruitment services specializing in digital marketing roles such as SEO specialists, social media managers, PPC experts, content marketers, etc.
- Identify and qualify leads for recruitment opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and follow-up meetings between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and candidate/client information in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with digital marketing professionals and organizations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for candidate placements and client engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and requirements in digital marketing roles to better serve clients and candidates.
