Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell business loans over the phone. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers, explain loan products, assess eligibility, and convert leads into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to small and medium business owners to promote business loan products
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate loan options
• Collect and verify basic eligibility details over the phone
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, documents required, and processing timelines
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending documentation
• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with credit team and backend for application processing
• Maintain a good relationship with clients for repeat business or referrals
