Telesales

·        Receive and handle inbound calls from potential clients

·        Contact and follow up on leads generated

via Website and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

·        Understand client requirements and explain ISAAC LUXE services and treatment options

·        Qualify leads and create sales

opportunities

·        Assign qualified opportunities to the respective

Sales / Clinic Managers for further follow-up and closure

·        Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups to maximize lead conversion

·        Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM / internal systems

·        Coordinate with managers to ensure smooth handover of opportunities

·        Meet daily and monthly lead handling and opportunity generation targets

·        Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:·     

   Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Lead Coordinator / Telesales Executive

·        Experience in handling inbound leads from digital platforms preferred

·        Strong communication skills in English

and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

·        Good convincing and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to handle multiple leads and work under targets

·        Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
