Roles and responsibilities

• Sales and lead generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest, explain products or services, and convert leads into sales.
• Customer service: Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Data management: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records, and use CRM tools for lead management.
• Performance and compliance: Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets, work with sales teams, and follow scripts and company policies.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build rapport.
