Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle incoming leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert enquiries into successful orders. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and manage leads received from platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website enquiries, exhibitions, digital marketing, and references.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Perform daily follow-ups with prospects through CRM, calls, or messages.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain complete customer information and instructions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the operations team for dispatch timelines before committing delivery to customers.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders.
• Contact at least 5 existing customers daily for feedback and relationship building.
• Inform customers about new products, schemes, and offers.
• Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed payment terms.
• Conduct market research on competitor products and pricing.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, quotations sent, orders closed, and sales targets on CRM.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems
• Ability to follow up with customers regularly
• Sales-oriented mindset with target focus
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate in any stream
• Experience in sales, lead handling, or customer relationship management will be preferred
