Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT hardware and peripherals segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate sales networks and be well-connected within the IT sales and rental ecosystem. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a keen interest in supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned B2B leads to understand client requirements, generate interest, and qualify sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound sales calls professionally, provide basic product/service information, and address initial client queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and messages to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Accurately update CRM with call outcomes, client requirements, follow-up schedules, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotation sharing, proposal support, pricing confirmation, and order-related information.
- Schedule calls, online meetings, or demos for senior sales team members when required.
- Support deal closure by tracking lead progress, approvals, and necessary documentation.
- Collect feedback from prospects and customers during calls and share insights with the team to improve sales approach and service quality.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up trackers, and basic sales reports as per defined targets.
Required:
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in B2B sales or similar sales role
- Ability to make data driven strategic decision
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Target-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
