Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT hardware and peripherals segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate sales networks and be well-connected within the IT sales and rental ecosystem. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a keen interest in supporting business growth.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Make outbound calls to assigned B2B leads to understand client requirements, generate interest, and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Handle inbound sales calls professionally, provide basic product/service information, and address initial client queries.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and messages to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Accurately update CRM with call outcomes, client requirements, follow-up schedules, and lead status.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotation sharing, proposal support, pricing confirmation, and order-related information.
  • Schedule calls, online meetings, or demos for senior sales team members when required.
  • Support deal closure by tracking lead progress, approvals, and necessary documentation.
  • Collect feedback from prospects and customers during calls and share insights with the team to improve sales approach and service quality.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up trackers, and basic sales reports as per defined targets.

Required:

  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years in B2B sales or similar sales role
  • Ability to make data driven strategic decision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Target-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
