ā¢ Strong communication and convincing skills.
ā¢ Basic knowledge of insurance (Life/Health/General preferred).
ā¢ Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand needs.
ā¢ Good computer skills (Excel, CRM).
ā¢ Target-driven, confident, and proactive personality
š Your Responsibilities:
ā¢ Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
ā¢ Explain policy details: coverage, benefits, premium, tenure, and claim process.
ā¢ Generate leads through calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
ā¢ Convert leads into sales by providing proper guidance and product knowledge.
ā¢ Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.
ā¢ Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance as per company guidelines.
