Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote legal registration services such as Company Registration, GST, MSME, Trademark, FSSAI, etc.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal/compliance solutions
- Explain service features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal legal/operations teams for smooth service delivery
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support when required
