Job Description
Job Description: Telesales ExecutiveWe are looking for a persuasive, resilient, and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growth-driven sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of the company, responsible for turning cold or warm leads into loyal customers through effective communication and persistence.
Your success will be measured not just by the volume of calls you make, but by the quality of the relationships you build and the conversion rates you achieve.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Sales
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads promptly.
- Understand customer needs and pitch tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Handle objections professionally and use closing techniques to finalize sales.
2. Database Management
- Maintain an accurate and updated database of prospects in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Record detailed call notes, including customer feedback and follow-up dates.
- Cleanse data by identifying and removing invalid or non-responsive leads.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing promotions clearly and honestly.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment or technical teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience for the customer.
4. Performance Tracking
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Targets and Talk-Time quotas.
- Analyze personal call-to-conversion ratios to identify areas for self-improvement.
- Requirements & SkillsCommunication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in [English/Regional Language].
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and stay motivated.
- Persuasion: A natural "gift of gab" with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Technical: Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) and basic MS Office.
- Experience: 0–3 years in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service. Freshers with a competitive streak are welcome.
