Job Overview:
We are calling for a professional Business Development Executive who has the hunger to learn, earn, and grow. The ideal candidate should have the ability to convince people, build a strong sales funnel, and generate revenue growth by achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through strategic outreach via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Convert leads into sales and close deals efficiently.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to bring recurring revenue to the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Represent the company and promote the JustForPay platform to small merchants and shop owners.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvement based on customer interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Comfortable with using digital tools and communication platforms.
- Willingness to meet targets and earn performance-based incentives.
