Job Overview:

We are calling for a professional Business Development Executive who has the hunger to learn, earn, and grow. The ideal candidate should have the ability to convince people, build a strong sales funnel, and generate revenue growth by achieving monthly targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through strategic outreach via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Convert leads into sales and close deals efficiently.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to bring recurring revenue to the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Represent the company and promote the JustForPay platform to small merchants and shop owners.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvement based on customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Comfortable with using digital tools and communication platforms.
  • Willingness to meet targets and earn performance-based incentives.
