Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling domestic travel packages, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into bookings while providing excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic travel packages.
• Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package details for clients.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners for reservations.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills, Responsibilities and Duties

• Good Communication skills in English, Both Spoken & Written.   

• Making itineraries & costing for tours.   

• Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.   

• Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team.   

• Good Knowledge about destinations of India and Indian Subcontinent   

• Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls.   

• Self-motivated, and resourceful.   

• Should be a quick learner.   

• Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.   

• Attention to Detail, Innovative and Creative.   

• Excellent convincing and communication skills   

• Experience in travel company is must.
