Job Description
Job Title: Car Scrap Sales Executive
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in outbound call centre sales (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
- Explain company offerings clearly and confidently.
- Convert leads into confirmed business.
- Maintain high daily talk-time and strong follow-up discipline.
- Handle objections and close leads effectively.
- Update lead status in CRM/system on a daily basis.
- Achieve assigned monthly conversion targets.

- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- High talk-time capability.

- Confident communicator.
