📝 Job Description

Millennial Insurance Brokers is seeking motivated and experienced Tele Sales Callers with a strong background in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining insurance products, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and follow-up.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure high conversion rates.
• Explain product features, benefits, premium details, and policy terms in a clear manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in insurance tele-calling or telesales.
• Strong knowledge of Motor/Non-Motor General Insurance products (any domain).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-service oriented.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, calling software).
