Telesales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making inbound ,outbound calls, explaining our products/services, and closing sales deals while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Maintain a database of prospective customers and track sales leads.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

• Prepare and share daily call and sales reports with the team lead/manager.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills (English preferred).

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in telesales for kitchen appliances or home appliances.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation preferred.
• Prior telesales/call center experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in selling kitchen appliances (like mixer grinders, coffee machines, juicers, etc.) will be preferred.
