Telesales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a polished, soft-spoken, and sales-driven Telecaller to manage customer relationships for our luxury bespoke brand. The ideal candidate will combine refined communication skills with strong follow-up discipline and a deep understanding of relationship-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain customer accounts through CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build long-term relationships with clients through professional and personalized communication
• Re-engage and resell to existing customers by understanding their preferences and past purchases
• Follow up on inquiries, pending orders, and post-purchase experiences
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer relationship management (preferably B2C)
• Strong command of spoken language with a professional, courteous tone
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to nurture and convert repeat customers
• Experience working with CRM tools
• Well-groomed communication style aligned with a luxury brand environment
