Job Description
Job Title: Sales Head (Tele Sales) - Female Candidate Preffered
Company: K.T.G.S Constructions LLP
Location: Greater Kailash - 1, New Delhi (On-site)
Industry: Real Estate, BPO, Hospitality (Tele Sales/Open for cross-industry experience)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Role Overview
Lead tele sales activities focusing on calling interested clients and convincing them to visit our office or property sites. The role centers on client engagement and conversion through effective phone communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to interested clients and respond to incoming leads
- Persuade prospects to schedule office and site visits (field sales not required)
- Maintain regular follow-ups and detailed call records
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead handling
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales within Real Estate, BPO, or Hospitality
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal proficiency required)
- Strong persuasion skills and a driven, target-oriented personality
- Ability to handle high call volumes and build client rapport quickly
