Job Description
- Job Title: Telesales Executive
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls on interior design leads
- Contact leads generated through marketing, website, and portals
- Understand client requirements for home/office interior projects
- Explain company services, packages, and process to clients
- Schedule site visits / design consultations for sales team
- Regularly follow up with interested leads to move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with sales/design team for smooth lead handover
- Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets
