Telesales Executive

🔍 Job Description:

We are hiring HR Recruiters for a telecalling-based role. As an HR Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to connect with job seekers over the phone and help them get placed in delivery jobs (like Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) free of cost.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to job seekers and explain job opportunities

• Register interested candidates and guide them through the joining process

• Maintain daily calling/reporting records

• Provide genuine and helpful assistance – no charges for candidates

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi must, English optional)

• Confident and convincing attitude

• Basic knowledge of phone and WhatsApp usage

• Freshers are welcome!
