Telesales Executive

📝 JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Telesales executive for My Cool Star (Electrical Appliances company Heaven Basket India Pvt ltd).

The candidate will primarily call and onboard new dealers & distributors in Delhi NCR and Himachal Pradesh.

Note: Field meetings are required only 1–2 times per month (or as needed) to finalize dealers. Daily field work is NOT required.

Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to prospective dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Conduct occasional field visits (1–2 times/month) to finalize onboarding.

Generate leads and convert them into active dealer/distributor partners.

Share product catalogue, pricing, and offers via WhatsApp.

Maintain follow-ups and update daily reports in Google Sheets / Excel / NeoDove App.

Achieve monthly targets for dealer appointments and conversions.

Report daily progress to management.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred).

Telecalling or sales experience preferred.

Experience in FMCG / Electrical Appliances / Consumer Durables is an advantage.

Ability to convience, follow-up, and build strong dealer relationships.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Smartphone apps.

Comfortable with limited field visits when needed to close deals.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass

Graduates preferred

Salary & Benefits

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Field visits in any area of Delhi NCR and Himachal Pradesh when required
