We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling loan and financial products over the phone, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loans and financial services 📞

Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers

Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM

Meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Coordinate with the backend team for documentation and processing

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of telesales experience, preferably in loans or financial products

Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality

Good knowledge of financial products is a plus

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
