Hamari team ko urgently requirement hai experienced Telecallers ki jo sales calls, admission enquiries aur customer support professional tareeke se handle kar saken. Candidate ko good communication skills, convincing power aur sales conversion ka experience hona chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound & outbound calls handle karna (Repair enquiries + Course admissions)
• Customers ko services aur courses clearly explain karna
• Leads pe follow-up karke unhe sales/admission mein convert karna
• Customer queries ko professional manner mein resolve karna
• Daily call logs aur reports maintain karna

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years ka telecalling/telesales experience (sales & customer handling)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Confident, target-oriented aur convincing personality
• Student admission aur customer repair enquiries dono handle karne ki ability
• Team player with positive attitude.
