Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telemarketing & Sales Executive – LED Screens

Job Summary : We are looking for a Telemarketing & Sales Executive who will handle outbound calling, customer follow-ups, and support the sales team in achieving targets for LED screen products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, architects, event companies, and signboard vendors
• Call and convert hot leads generated through Indiamart, TradeIndia, JustDial, Google, and other directory listing platforms
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings / demos for the sales team
• Share product details, pricing, technical features, and benefits of LED screens
• Follow-up daily on enquiries until closure
• Maintain proper call logs and follow-ups in CRM / Excel
• Support sales team with quotations, proposals, and documentation
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead and sales targets
• Support marketing promotions and campaigns

Requirements -

• Any Graduate
• 0–3 years experience in Telecalling / Sales (LED, Display, Electronics industry preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp Business)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Work Location - Delhi (Office work only )

Salary - 20000-35000
