π About Quant CCTV
Quant CCTV is one of Indiaβs fastest-growing OEM suppliers of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, cables, and security solutions for dealers, distributors, and system integrators. We work with B2B partners across India and help them launch and grow their own CCTV brand.
πΌ Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Tele Sales Executive who can generate and convert B2B leads into sample orders and eventually bulk orders. You will be responsible for calling warm/cold leads, explaining the product offering, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel until closure.
π Key Responsibilities
βοΈ Make outbound calls to B2B leads received via IndiaMART, JustDial, WhatsApp campaigns, field team, referrals, and inbound marketing
βοΈ Identify customer requirements (brand printing, MOQ, product preference, category, price range, etc.)
βοΈ Share product catalog, pricing, offers, and sample order options via WhatsApp or email
βοΈ Follow-up regularly with interested leads and convert them into sample orders
βοΈ Track and move prospects across CRM stages (New Lead β Engaged β Sample β Bulk Order)
βοΈ Maintain healthy communication with sample buyers to push for repeat/bulk orders
βοΈ Coordinate with BDMs or regional field sales teams for hot leads or site visit requirements
βοΈ Update CRM daily with call logs, customer status, objections, and follow-up dates
βοΈ Meet weekly and monthly sales conversion and revenue targets
βοΈ Collect feedback, objections, and market insights for product and pricing improvement
π KPIs & Performance Metrics
π Minimum outbound calls/day: 80β120
π Sample order conversion rate: 50β60%
π Bulk order conversion from sample buyers: 60β70%
π CRM discipline & timely follow-ups
π Monthly revenue target achievement
π§ Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in tele calling / inside sales / B2B sales (preferably CCTV, security, hardware, or electronics industry)
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, email, and calling tools
- Fluent in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
