(Also known as: Telecaller – Sales / Outbound Sales Executive)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales or generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

   Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

   Explain product or service details clearly and persuasively.

   Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

   Convert leads into sales or set appointments for field sales teams.

   Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

   Follow up on interested customers to ensure closures.

   Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

   Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

   Excellent communication and convincing skills.

   Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

   Experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO preferred (freshers can apply).

   Target-driven, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
