Desired Profile:

· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our range of products and services.

· Provide accurate and detailed information about our offeringsto interested individuals, answering their queries effectively.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing customer concerns, providing after[1]sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Achieve and exceed individual targets by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly sales quotas.

· Actively participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives and increasing customer base.

· Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Requirements and skills

· Proficiency in spoken Hindi is mandatory

· Proven experience in a tele calling or sales role, preferably in the Agritech industry

· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
