• Roles & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain xLegal’s legal and compliance services
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal solutions
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the legal and operations team for smooth client onboarding
• Build long-term relationships with customers through professional communication

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
• Ability to persuade and negotiate confidently over calls
• Target-oriented mindset with positive attitude
• Freshers are welcome; experience in telesales is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
