🎯 About the RoleVertex Scientific & Lab Instruments Co. is looking for an energetic Telesales Executive who can manage inbound & outbound calls, handle customer queries, and drive sales through effective communication. • 📝 Key Responsibilities:
• 📞 Make outbound calls to potential B2B/B2C customers and explain products/services
• 🗂️ Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information
• 🧾 Prepare & share quotation proposals
• 💬 Manage customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups
• 📅 Schedule demos/appointments for interested clients
• 🎯 Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales goals
• 💻 Update call logs, lead details, and feedback in CRM
• 🤝 Maintain healthy customer relationships to improve business
• 🌐 Work with platforms like Indiamart, Tradeindia & JustDial for leads

🕤 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Monday to Saturday

❌ Weekly Off: Sunday
