Job Locations: Dwarka (New Delhi), Gurgaon, Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the RoleMaidvy is looking for a responsible and customer-focused candidate who can manage customer requirements, handle concerns, and coordinate maid deployments. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the allocation team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Understand customer requirements and onboard new customers

• Coordinate with the allocation team to shortlist suitable maid profiles

• Share maid profiles with customers and arrange interview/video calls

• Handle customer concerns related to deployment and replacement

• Maintain proper follow-ups with customers until service closure

• Maintain customer data and update CRM or internal reports

• Ensure professional communication with customers at all times

• Support the deployment process and documentation coordination

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Undergraduate (with good communication skills)

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Experience in customer support / telecalling / service industry preferred

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

• Immediate joiners preferred
