Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and closing sales over the phone. You will maintain records of calls and leads and work to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Explain product details and benefits clearly
• Generate leads and follow up on prospects
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of telesales or telecalling experience
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
