Telesales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 80–150 outbound calls per day to potential customers
• Explain company products and services
• Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
• Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide proper information
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures

Required Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Confident and persuasive personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Target-driven attitude
