Telesales Executive

## **Key Responsibilities**

### **1. Sales & Lead Generation**

* Identify and acquire new customers for various loan products.

* Follow up on leads from digital channels, walk-ins, references, and cold calling.

* Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and process clearly to customers.

### **2. Loan Products Handling**

The candidate will handle **all types of loans**, including:

* Home Loan

* Loan Against Property (LAP)

* Personal Loan

* Business Loan

* Car Loan / Commercial Vehicle Loan

* Used Car Loan

* Machinery Loan

* Education Loan

* Credit Card Sales

* Working Capital / OD / CC Limits

* MSME Loans

### **3. Customer Relationship Management**

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.

* Maintain long-term relationships with customers, builders, dealers, and channel partners.

* Provide end-to-end support from lead generation to disbursement.

### **4. Documentation & Processing**

* Collect and verify customer documents.

* Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams.

* Ensure accurate file submission and smooth processing.

### **5. Target Achievement**

* Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Track daily activities and maintain reports in CRM/Excel.
